• Dedicated tables and chairs for up to 125 guests (child-sized picnic tables and high-chairs are also available)​

• Indoor, Outdoor, or Patio set up options

• Vendor freedom (Choose your own Catering and/or Food Truck, DJ and/or Band, Bartender, Photographer) (Please note, Caterers/Food Trucks/Bartenders must be licensed in Kendall County and insured)

• Indoor air-conditioning, catering prep area, get-ready lounge, string lights, outdoor fans, indoor bar, outdoor stage, dedicated parking, indoor Bluetooth speaker system, outdoor Bluetooth speaker system, and wireless microphones.
