Package Info & Inclusions

Under the Wild Oak offers exclusive Saturday weddings for up to 100 guests—crafted for couples who value intimacy, intention, and unrushed moments. With full, private access to the venue, your celebration unfolds at a gentle pace, allowing you to savor every detail with the people you love most.

For those who wish to extend the experience, optional Friday evening access is available, offering the perfect opportunity for a relaxed rehearsal, quiet setup, or a meaningful start to your wedding weekend.

Weddings may be reserved up to 18 months in advance and are secured under a dedicated wedding agreement with separate terms and refund policies.

Investment

Saturday Wedding Price - $2,995
- Offered exclusively on Saturdays (8am-10pm)

Bundle Saturday & Friday - $3,825
- Exclusive use of the venue from 4pm-10pm Friday and 8am-10pm Saturday.
- Perfect for rehearsal dinners and additional decorating time.

Decorations

Use of any and all stock decor (electric candles, decorative arches, twinkle lights, flowers and vases)
White table linens available at $15 per linen

Vendors

Vendor freedom for catering, bartender, DJ/Band, and Food Trucks (as us for vendor recommendations!)
All vendors must be licensed and insured. Proof of both will be required 60 days before scheduled event.
For events serving alcohol and/or more than 50 attendees, security will be required and is not included in pricing.
