Refund Policy
At Under the Wild Oak, we understand that plans can change. To maintain fairness and uphold the integrity of our scheduling process, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

A deposit is required to secure your event date and time. Without a deposit, your event is not confirmed and may be booked by another client.

The remaining balance for your event is due on the day of the party.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Events may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty if we receive notice at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled event.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a 10% fee, which will be charged to the card on file.

No-shows without prior notice will also incur a 10% fee, charged to the card on file.
By booking an event with Under the Wild Oak, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
