May - December 2026:

• Saturdays: $2,895 (12 hour reservation)

• Fridays: $2,395 (12 hour reservation)

• Sundays: $1,895 (8 hour reservation)

• Weekdays: $1,560 (8 hour reservation)

March, April, May, and June 2027:

• Saturdays: $3,495 (12 hour reservation)

• Fridays: $2,995 (12 hour reservation)

• Sundays: $2,495 (8 hour reservation)

• Weekdays: $1,840 (8 hour reservation)

September, October, November, and December 2027:

• Saturdays: $3,995 (12 hour reservation)

• Fridays: $3,495 (12 hour reservation)

• Sundays: $2,995 (8 hour reservation)

• Weekdays: $1,960 (8 hour reservation)

January, February, July, and August 2027:

• Saturdays: $2,995 (12 hour reservation)

Payment Schedule:​

• Payments are divided into three (3) installments:

  1. 25% reservation fee due to hold date​ (due immediately to secure date)

  2. 37.5% interim payment due halfway between reservation and wedding date

  3. Remaining 37.5% payment due sixty (60) days before wedding date
